Designing with AI: from prompt to place

A lecture on how generative tools enter the concept phase of an architectural project, and where human judgment stays in charge.

Aura, seduta in ferro battuto

This lecture traces the first week of three recent projects and shows how generative tools changed the number of directions explored, the timing of client conversations and the way the team selects what deserves development.

The central argument is that AI is not the author of the work but a way to test materials, proportions and relationships between building and landscape in the time it takes to write a sentence. The lecture closes with a set of working rules the studio uses to keep the process accountable.

Demo entry: replace with the real paper, date and venue.
